Er Pang sits inside Genting Casino Liverpool, on the edge of the city's Chinatown quarter. We serve a menu built around bubbling hot pot — spicy Sichuan and clear herbal broths, DIY-style with fresh meat, seafood and vegetables — alongside modern Cantonese cooking: clay pot rice, wok-fired beef ho fun, congee and handmade dumplings.
Doors open at 5pm and stay open until 1am, every single day — one of the few kitchens in the city centre still firing woks well after midnight.

Red lanterns, dark timber booths and a room that fills up as the night goes on. Er Pang is a favourite for group hot pot nights, date nights that drift into the casino bar, and post-shift late dinners the rest of the city has already stopped serving.
